C. 1 Corinthians 11:2 I praise you for remembering me in everything and for
holding to the teachings, just as I passed them on to you.

teachings we passed on to you, whether by word of mouth or by letter.
E. 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching,
rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,
F. 1 Timothy 4:16 Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them,
because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.
G. 2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when men will not put up with
sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around
them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.
H. Titus 1:9 He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been
taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those
who oppose it.

II. THE EARLY CHRISTIANS WERE IN FELLOWSHIP WITH ONE ANOTHER

fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from
all sin.

and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship when they recognized the grace
given to me. They agreed that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the
Jews.

you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread,

you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.
